Taking notes with 33 tasting journals is as easy as checking a couple of boxes and entering a few basic facts. Every tasting page features a flavor wheel that can be used to quickly recall a unique flavor. For lower flavor values, it is recommended to fill in the dots near the center of the flavor wheel.

The journals are made with 100% recycled paper sourced from the Pacific Northwest. Interior pages are 100% post-consumer recycled content and covers are 85% post-consumer recycled content and 15% recycled content. Printed using US-grown soy-based inks in Portland, Oregon.
