50s Slim R Selvedge Denim by TCB jeans is crafted in Okayama, Japan from 13.5 oz. Zimbabwean cotton fabric. Extra-Long-Staple Zimbabwean cotton gives the 50s Slim R their luxurious hand and rustic texture. These are unsanforized but have been washed once to allow minimum shrinkage.

The Slim R is TCB’s slimmest offering with a more tapered fit and slightly higher front and back rise than the 50’s and Slim 50’s models. A great option if you’re looking for a skinny fit. Sizing up is recommended

The entire production takes place at the TCB jeans workshop in Okayama, therefore, the attention to detail is top-notch. The fit is based on vintage Levi’s 501 jeans from the 1950s but given a modern twist by trimming the silhouette a bit and giving them a more pronounced taper. The 50s Slim selvedge denim is great for those who want more room in the thigh and hips yet want a slimmer leg opening. 

Note: Go up one size. If you’re a 33, order a 34. The model is 5′,8″, 155 lbs, and is wearing a 31 (wears 30 in US sizes).
